As far as gaming performance and general use go the Elite version offers little if any real upgrades compared to the cheaper Premium version and the primary differences are the larger drive, the design and the included HDMI cable. Sadly enough the console still lacks an integrated Wi-Fi connection and the console's noisy cooling solution has not been revised. Connectivity wise the Elite can output via HDMI, Composite or Component connectors for video and analog stereo or digital optical for audio. Overall just like the Premium version the Elite offers an excellent gaming experience with a variety of games ranging from sports and racing games to adventures and action packed first person shooters as well as backward compatibility to original Xbox titles while adding some nice new features.
