The device is operated using the 3.5 inch touch-screen via an intuitive simple to use interface. Upon startup you are opted either to view a map of your current location or set a destination and let the c330 plot a route for you. Complex routes with several stops can also be planned and the c330 can also be instructed to either avoid or use specific characteristics such as highways or locations when planning the route.
The c330 also adapts in real time as you drive so if you make a mistake it will update the route accordingly. Also included are over 5 million point of interest which can be used to locate establishments of all sorts in your vicinity.
Navigation itself is displayed via either a 2D or 3D map and you can also access a turn by turn guide of your route. Voice instructions accompany the displayed information in order to keep you well informed without having to take your eyes off the road.
